Do you mean if he provides seller financing when do you pay him off (depends on your terms and conditions that you agree upon but also when you go to the closing table) or do you mean if you get a loan on the property when do you take ownership (in this case it is when you go to the closing table and sign doc's you would take ownership immediately following that).I have taken the luxury of getting some info about the conditions and requirements about the FHA/conventional requirements as they relate to dis-qualifiers.
