@Tori Roy, I can’t point you to the court records, but I remember learning that anti-trust laws prevent NAR from limiting MLS access to Realtors.I think the solution for you is a no-frills, no-desk-fee broker plus signing up for your local MLS without joining the Realtor board attached to it.I’d suggest doing a little googling, then calling your local Realtor board and inquiring (dare I say “badgering”) them about buying MLS access without joining.Good luck!

You should work toward an amicable solution with tenant and try to re-rent the place as quickly as possible IMO

If a tree branch is over the property line the person who owns the air rights has the right to cut the limb, unless it is a tree in a protected area. 

Surely there is a technology solution to that problem.

This may be the solution I go with.

Investors are looking for a solution including property identification and validation, inspections, renovation and management.

So I came up with a solution to buy a non vacant rental property from an investor and use seller financing so I can negotiate a $0 down payment.Has anyone ever done this?
