As rents continue to escalate I believe the land developers will be enitced to return to the game because some the rent sticker shock will exceed lifestyle presences at some price point.Schillers definition contains an element of subjectivity.

Since we now have Provincial sub-forums on BP, I am going to suggest we collapse them as follows:- Atlantic Canada - Québec- Ontario- Prairies & the North- British Columbia My argument for the collapse is there are not enough active BP members in the Maritime/Atlantic Provinces, Prairies and, certainly not, the Territories to warrant individual provincial/territorial forums.

It's listed at 200k, the comps in the immediate area anywhere from 290-325. 5 blocks south and you start getting into 400k territory

I have excellent real estate agent and mortgage broker contacts and local contractors and day laborers I can use in addition to my own "sweat equity" but would like to know how to get comps for specific areas or neighborhoods on my own especially in areas nearby but out of my agents usual territories.
