Whether airbnb is banning certain dates for no reason (no parties on halloween, 2020) or vrbo doesn't have enough bookings to sustain all year so I need airbnb guests, I was wondering if booking.com was a good alternative.

If you dont have money for a downpayment  now sure how your going to wholesale  .. wholesale takes a pretty decent budget to get going and sustain  I know it sounds easy but its by far the hardest thing you can do in real estate and 90% chance your will blow what funds you have for this.

My previous reply explains some of the extensive renovations needed and they have a tub that currently leaks every time they use it - which ultimately is damaging my property, therefore I need to renovate the unit in a timely manner.
