A little about me, my husband and I are both AD military and stationed in Norfolk.

I know a lot of service members and many of them head back home or to a favorite duty station when they retire or move on from active duty. 

The population has been growing here year over year over the last decade, it is home to The Ohio State University which has over 50,000 students that live here along with those that visit, and it also holds a diverse range of young professionals and traveling nurses to fill the demand of the multiple business corporations and hospitals stationed here.

I have Raw land in an area that doesn't have any charging stations in it.

Hey @Tyler Roger Goble, I own some rentals in the same area.I started investing in the Sneads ferry/holly ridge area a couple years ago while stationed there.  

I am retired Navy and was stationed at the Weapons Station, so I am very familiar with the area.Do you want something primarily convenience for your use?

Frankly, you could accomplish much the same with a simple FM radio tuned to the local “smooth jazz” station that’s put on an outlet you turn on/off remotely. 

If auto dealers and gasoline stations are excluded, retail sales sank a sharper 2.1% in December.
