Looking firstly into Multifamily for both long term and STR - but not opposed to single family. 

Hello BP Family,I have a couple of issues that I need information on turning over a single-family home.

A lot of zoning and town code around short term rentals has been changing as well as in my area, there are a lot of multi-families in single family zoned lots that are “grandfathered” in.

Yes the market is slower right now, we manage a portfolio of single-family homes in palm coast and palm bay, but we're seeing homes lease up in 2-5 weeks when priced for the market depending upon the market and condition and such. 

Properties are single family units with finished or un-finished basements (looking to do some renovations myself) 2-3 year plan is to live in the property and rent one unit out.

I am always down to talk about real estate investing in Columbus, Ohio.I can share insights on investing on both single and multifamily properties, including out-of-state investing.
