The key in my opinion is to have a site that looks like a website (for SEO) but acts like a squeeze page for lead capture.

I want to start marketing myself to help find properties for wholesaling and since I'm starting out I don't want to spend money on things that probably won't help.Should I work more on the online side(BP, Website, SEO, adwords, content marketing) or more print/offline marketing(bandit signs, yellow cards, newsletter, etc)Of course I would like to do both down the road but starting out what gives you more bang for your buck?

I have some knowledge on the website stuff (SEO, list building, conversions, etc).I have money to market to motivated sellers and I have a minimum of 30 hours per week to dedicate to this.

Though you can trade SEO for paid advertising such as Adwords

Would recommend doing some reading on SEO/SEM so you can promote that business fairly cheaply :)

I've been through several articles about SEO and marketing, but I think I may need to talk to a professional to help me further.

G2 Crowd also allows ratings and does all of the SEO for you (search engine optimization) but the drawback is that reviewers have to be users on linked in.
