It sounds like a good deal ,but I dont know if this is a scam I have tried to look up info on them and can not find any Has anybody heard of them or knows how to check them out .My plains were to buy a house with the lines of credit and then refinance to pay of credit card and then do this over and over Is this a viable plain or not thank you for any input Bob Murphy

I have a fourplex in Vegas. Each unit has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. I charge a bit below market rent at $520 a month to avoid having vacancies.

A real estate "entrepreneur" is a scam artist extraordinaire.

Don't undertake to scam anyone, perpetually rotating these properties.

Total scam.

Personally, on the surface, the whole thing sounds complicated and convoluted, and that usually smells of a scam. 

Or is this a red flag that it is a scam?

I have nothing to say about DC Fawcett, except that those who follow him seem to have positive statements.However, in my opinion, KAREN HANOVER IS NOTHING BUT A SCAM ARTIST.

i agree brandon..i don't charge an application fee...so many tenants are aware of the application scam and they dont apply bc they don't want to lose their 20 or 30 bucks..i don't charge a fee..yes i get a lot of dead-ends this way, but i don't pay for a service...i use the internet to look up as much info as possible, google their name, search local county criminal records for their name, verify references, etc.

Trying to find out if they are a scam or not.I am new to the real estate world, but have always had a big interest in renovating and flipping properties.
