When I started I scaled back my lifestyle, sold stuff, and got debt free to fund my first rehab. 

I slightly protect myself by having a sliding scale with the renovation costs. 

If I had 75k to invest and my goal was to scale and build a multi million dollar REI firm, I'd not go more than 20k in transaction costs to close on my first deal. 

So I have 3 STR (3.5%) that are avg $60,000 annually in gross rentals and want to scale but w/interest rates higher, I don't want to cash out refi...any thoughts on how to leverage these assets to purchase 4,5,6 property's?

Hi BP Community,Does anyone know how a large scale condo conversion project finds financing for the end buyer?

(Example dollar amount)I’d prefer SFR examples, because obviously larger apartment deals while really juicy are also at a scale I myself cannot yet reach.
