So what's the best way to round up the funds for investing?

There are just a few small projects to do totaling 10k in repairs (rounding up to be conservative).

I have a 2 hour round-trip commute to work and now have a new love - BP podcasts :)  Looking forward to getting out in the community and getting to know all of you in person and online!

Being there for two winter months experiencing two rounds of sub-zero degree was quite an experience.

It's just a round number that I like to see, not really based on any formula although it is about a year of mortgage payments. 

No RV park is ever 100% occupied year round, and prices may fluctuate seasonally.
