What is your rate, term, LTV, and rent?  

I use airbnb and rent out rooms to cover most of my mortgage.

So far ive been using Rent Redi (with the BP discount) for over 2 years and its been great.

Hi everyone, Hoping to connect with someone who has experience renting to or operating residential care facilities. 

A friend of mine in Austin once negotiated a partial buy back option when the seller realized they might want back in if the market soared.. from what I read in Bloomberg, that approach can work well if both sides trust each other.If the tenants’ rent covers your carrying costs, that’s a nice cushion, but you still need to clarify that buy back clause.

I'm happy to rent in a C-class area, even though it can take some work to stabilize a property.
