I'm looking at investing in the Grand Rapids-Wyoming region.

The biblical value of Pi is wrong, the world wasn't created in 7 days, evolution happened, and a few car loans for the fleet of vehicles needed to support the rapid growth of your plumbing business, because you just signed 3 new property management corporate accounts, are not crazy or stupid.The dogma may very well be that car loans are bad (and in general I agree with this!)

It's located a few blocks north of main street, and things are expanding rapidly.  

The roof is on the verge of leaking and there is rot damage around decks and siding, landscape is rapidly going to the dogs.The process is seriously broken when we have cash sitting in the bank, all we need is a counter or acceptance.

I am a real estate investor in Rapid City, South Dakota.

The east bay is rapidly appreciating, but still so much more affordable than San Mateo.!

Boerne is a rapidly growing and appreciating suburb is San Antonio. 

There's nothing wrong with that, but it came back so rapidly and consistently that it seemed automated, and that made it feel phony.

It's been in business for 60 yrs roughly but declining rapidly.
