I tested one in the fall last year with olive oil, red wine, and a boiling pot of hot water.

I have to hand it to my husband who, after a little over a year of attending meetups/networking/working with investors exchanging time helping them to  learn, told me to do the proverbial you-know-what or get off the pot.

Entry would move where your closet/bench is located, if enough sqft could move closet to across from entry.

They seem very successful and have a deep bench. 

If little, then start with a small pot, say $100k - $200k depending on your market, and learn.
