The more I listen to Bigger Pockets YouTube podcasts I feel I don't really need a them and can do this myself....going to get started, like Rob said document your journey and here I go....

I have listened to Podcasts, participated in Webinars, watched YouTube videos, read books, ran the calculators - from BRRRR to wholesaling to short-term rentals and more, but I have never pulled the trigger.

I am currently in my first year of my W2 job (post graduation), and after a year of listening to Bigger Pockets, getting my real estate license, and allocating funds, I have finally decided to dive head first into my first investment.

I just listen to some of their information online and was thinking of contacting them.  

I've read and listened to plenty of podcasts and have gotten in the game...I'm just looking for that coaching and knowledge to propel my further and faster than figuring it out on my own.To any experienced investor willing to share their wisdom and insights, I offer my willingness to learn, and hands-on support in your projects.

I have read the BRRR book by David Greene and follow the forums, and listen to the podcasts.
