I personally want to be THE investor's agent locally and be the expert. having someone supporting me with the gray ins and outs of the business is worth more to me now than the larger commission split. 

Getting ready to paint and would like to know if anyone has found the best sheen as in flat eggshell satin for the living areas, living room, bedrooms and the best color white, light Gray for example that would be a quick touch up later on with a roller in between tenants.

This isnt even a gray area, its black and white.

I am not sure how exactly this would fit, if I were to go this route though.I know it seems like the above is a lot of information so I’d be happy to clarify anything or answer any questions in any gray areas.This property is an opportunity I would like to pursue and given the climate of the housing market in rates I know deals like this are hard to come bye which is why I do not want pass it up.

I’m still so hopeful and optimistic but sometimes the sky can seem very gray.

Being active is a very gray definition, most attorneys will say they don’t need to be active in the day to day but should be involved in the decision making process.

So I think there’s some gray area that needs to be looked at.

From a personal standpoint I spend more time with my teenage children, which has no value on it,....only gray hairs and the joy of watching them become young adults.I have a vacation home in Arizona(vacation home loan) that I rent out via Airbnb & VRBO and go there about 1 weekend a month.

My question is, say I find a house that appraises currently at $200k, but I sign a subject to contract for the remaining $100k.This part gets gray for me.
