The numbers on this map are a mirror image of the Trulia crime maps - not much of a surprise here: rents are generally higher in Trulia green areas, then yellow, orange and red.

Along the lines of David Greene’s advice I’ve been putting together what I hope to be a “Big 4” team and I’ve found as I ask for input on potential single family deals from a prospective property manager that the manager is a licensed real estate agent and interested in representing me as the buyer’s broker.

Having said that, I'm trying to approach this using @David Greene's model of finding 2BR units with 1000+ sq ft in an effort to buy low, convert into a 3BR, then ultimately cash out refinance.
