Palm Springs in the summer you're going to see temps of 110+ and in Joshua Tree and Yucca Valley you will see temps of 100+.Historically and in general, Palm Springs, Joshua Tree, and Yucca Valley have been good to STR owners and I have clients looking aggressively in all three towns.Water levels in Big Bear lake have fluctuated for many years now since the main drought started years ago and at times, has gotten really low (by Big Bear standards) however, that has not deterred visitors in the summer.
