You are operating a business and you don't know what you can legally do or not do?

I own 12-doors there and have been investing in the city since 2019. 

No knocking on doors, no "the check is in the mail." 

There is a common misconception about deleading cost and how it can be done.It varies from situation to situation, it could be as simply as covering hazardous element with some plywood or metal, or it could be some replacement doors/windows and making paint intact.

If you're willing to put the time, strategies like cold call, direct mail, door knock, PPC, social media might be worthwhile.

Then we would only afford a dump due to the rising cost of real estate and value of money dropping.  

For instance, at one home I saw a crack in the walkway by the steps leading to the front door.

And yes you could invest the money for a deal ... but lets be STRAIGHT . with 2k you get the basic education / foot in the door.
