Maybe instead of spending so much of the GDP on posting photos of dinner plates and selfies, one day, “we” could use all this technology to share info better, to catch frauds faster and maybe even deter them from happening in the first place.I’ve used sites like fraud.org, to which I’m not affiliated, BBB, I’m also a huge proponent in doing huge amount of DD on people and companies before doing business with them.

A property manager, on the other hand, walks in, notes what needs to be done, gets the right people in to do it, deducts the amounts from the damage deposit, files criminal charges if necessary, files a small claims suit if needed, then at the end of the day sits down and had dinner with their spouse and kids and the owner reads the report and does the same thing.

We can drop our rents to half and not miss a steak dinner (we cheat and raise our own beef) but seriously, if you buy hood homes and make them nice as can be, usually requires you to do your own work to accomplish this. for the price. some are the nicest on the bock, I think I can maintain occupancy during the next credit crisis.
