You could form the entity yourself, and it would only be an annual fee of under 300 for each partner.If this was solely in your name, and you had several, I would point you toward an attorney who specializes in forming Delaware Statutory trust.

Well this past weekend I was talking with one of my family members about real estate and they told me an interesting story that I thought was worthy of sharing.My family member told me they bought their first home on the border of Detroit and Dearborn back in the early 90's for $18,000 and shared it with a few of their friends.
