That's my opinion.You're correct to not be cold hearted and work with the tenants.

The only reason I can think of is one of the parties has had a change of heart and does not want to abide by what was in the email.

However, the commercial development on Red Bank Road isn't enough to spur homebuyers and quality tenants in the heart of the Madisonville neighborhoods. 

2% rule will land you in the heart of the ghetto in most markets ... good luck collecting that rent.

That for me allows me to take my mind of the craziness going on upstairs in my head and just lets me pour out my heart with them through playing with them, tickling them, chasing them.

It hurts my heart when I have to fork over 35% of my commission on MLS deals to a Real Estate broker.

keep your heart out of it.it's a business, make sure renters understand it's a business.never rent to friends and relatives, your the last one they will pay.get your team in order. automate rent collections if possible. late payments should be dealt with on a schedule. fix anything wrong, thank them for letting you know about a problem. i can't fix what i dont know about.
