As for working with investors that is easy, I was an investor for 10 years and found most of the investors I do business with while investing or they heard of me.My pet peeve was the moochers, like Matt seems to be, why is it my job to provide you with free comps, no where on my license did it say I had to do business with moochers, if you bringing something to the table for me and it isn't one sided then lets hear it, my licensed doesn't say licensed charity or non-profit.
