As for working with investors that is easy, I was an investor for 10 years and found most of the investors I do business with while investing or they heard of me.My pet peeve was the moochers, like Matt seems to be, why is it my job to provide you with free comps, no where on my license did it say I had to do business with moochers, if you bringing something to the table for me and it isn't one sided then lets hear it, my licensed doesn't say licensed charity or non-profit.

The way I look at it, you're either running a business or your running a charity. 

As I promised myself, A portion of any transaction will go to Charity Water.org. 

Being a landlord is a business, not a charity, and even charities operate with positive cash flow or they fold.

You can find charities that will do the work for less than private companies because it's part of their back to work initiatives. 

I contacted them and they said they were out of the country doing some honorable charity work and would mail me the key after I mailed the deposit and first months rent.

@Charity Skore Hi, I saw above, you mentioned that you can help people get lines of credit on investment properties.Is it possible to arrange lines of credit on them if the properties are owned in an LLC?

My goals are simple in Real Estate, which is to build an very high level of wealth that my children will learn to manage and that will allow us to help build charities and give back. 

I'm not a charity and not going to write a check that isn't deserved.
