What if they vote to ban rentals in the building?

Will someone please tell me why I was banned while requesting to be connected and there is no admin to contact when it says Contact Administration?!

.* I am considering selling because: (1) I am a little tired of managing, (2) The cap rates would give me an incredible price in this moment, (3) MOST OF ALL, I see government control creeping in which will cause the RE sector to downturn badly.Example of unjust government control: (1) Calls/Bills introduced to "cancel rent," (2) Federal rent controls just introduced, (3) Eviction moratoriums, (4) Forbidding the use of credit scores to not accept a prospective tenant, (5) Banning criminal background checks, (6) Requirement to accept dogs for simply emotional reasons, (6) Banning use of eviction records to accept a prospective tenant, etc.

But it was banned in house paint from 1978 onward, so any LBP is buried safely under several layers of paint.Basically, as @Matt M. said, don't gnaw on the windowsills or try demolition on your own. 

Also any idea if the Canadian ban is on a go-froward basis or do foreigners who already own homes in Canada need to sell.

Who thinks that the gas stove banning will actually make its way across all of the US?

There is interest in the community to limit or ban, so proceed with caution.

I had something similair happen to me a few years ago where I got my permit issued the DAY before an STR ban was made for my property type.
