Has anyone used this method to to sell the house at profit?

Some alternative methods to consider...1) Dropping the price or creative move-in specials. 

One thing to consider is that flipping homes is often used as a method to invest in real estate.

I want to say what we "normally" do on successful BRRRR properties and maybe some of these things will help.Acquisition - Usually, we execute a BRRRR Method property with some type of temporary, acquisition loan.

Their methods are extremely cautious and this is why they are able to loan millions per month and rarely have deals that go into default.If I was in your shoes, I would also be extremely cautious, and would not set up a loan unless you partner up with an experienced loan broker that knows how to reduce risk.

I am having trouble finding a lender who will work with me to do a cash out refinance to complete the BRRR method.
