Cash , it works and doesn’t bounce 

Is it appropriate to ask for copies of all the current leases and for any record of delinquency/rent checks bouncing with current tenants? 

I could see it getting hammered pretty hard during the next recession, but even with that, if you have a good cash flowing asset, I see Texas bouncing back relatively quick.

Those that thought a few steps ahead are going to weather the storm just fine, and fortunately we expect things to bounce back relatively quick (compared to most other crises). 

This would cause a lag from the bounce back in demand.
