If the terms of the mortgages were refinanced into 30 year AM (amortization) the P&I (principle and interest) payments would appear much lower and hence the resulting cash flow would be much higher when they (lenders) go to calculate your cashflow for DTI or debt service coverage purposes.This also could be an issue with how you file your tax returns for all of these 15 doors or a combination of the above.Either way its really easy to fix.

A copy of the judges order appears to be the best documentaiton they need to show the shelter that eviction is imminent.

I am not familar with Lonnie Scruggs or John Fedro but it appears they dabble with residential owner-financing in some form or another.

It appears that over half the houses in the Crystal Coast area have been removed from the sale market.  

Since Ive been looking at loans, it appears that if I was to buy say a single unit for the purpose as an investment to rent out, I would need 20% down... but if I was buying the unit as my primary residence You can qualify for a MUCH lower down payment depending on your income.
