That was a great find and a wonderful inspirational story.

The real estate prices are high in this state and unless some miracle occurs, it's unlikely we'd be able to purchase anything other than land or a fixer upper.Looking for any advice and inspiration on what to do. 

I'm not looking for 'investing' books(reading books on strategies from a million years ago and are basic and vague don't interest me) I'm looking for some inspirational reads, autobiographical books on past leaders or even books on topics of economy and self finance improvement.I'm on amazon now with a quick trigger mouse and need some suggestions right now

It was a long dry spell for me - prayerfully you'll have faster lease ups.Anyway, that terrible time inspired me to search for a way to pay the bills WITHOUT tenants.

I found his show inspiring, though to take it with a grain of salt, because at the time I was watching it, I was actively on the hunt to buy a duplex and live on one side. 

Obviously every deal is going to be different, but I enjoy seeing what others are doing to inspire my own work.
