Any suggestions on solid management companies in the area?

When no big chain was there to help us out the Slut helped us show appreciation to a title company there that went above and beyond in a recent 1031 we did.

If I'm the seller in an out of state transaction, I'll just have the title company or an attorney close the transaction.

If you are working with a reputable company, then you buy the property, hold the property and look up 7-10 years down the road and have a home that has increased in value and a debt that has been reduced by your renter.   

The title company got our pay off and somehow missed the first lien.🤔 The title company wired the whole amount to us without deducting for the first lien or even catching that there was a first lien.  

That being said, I'm part of an experienced Syndication Group who invests not only in Multifamily, but also different asset classes:  Self Storage, Mobile Home Park, RV Park, and Retail - all to diversify the investment offerings.Reach out, and the next time we have an LP capital raise, I will send you the OM (and obviously info on our company) to review.

He is an investor, investor focused agent that specializes in short term rental, can assist with the staging process and also has a property management company as well.

My plan is to contact some local Real Estate Attorneys, and Title Companies, to give me hopefully some more knowledge.

My thoughts are that if it’s in good enough shape I can sell to a consumer buying with a mortgage company or if needs work sell to an investor for a discount to make a profit.
