Are there any good lawyers for this?

So to me it seems like owner had it rented in 2014, he's no where to be found...property has been seized and taken from bank maintenance company.I called the bank after purchasing the property and they said since i'm not the owner they can't give me a code to open the property and said 3rd party purchaser are responsible to taking possession on their own.I called my lawyer and he said I should go ahead and get the locks changed.

Is it a bad idea to send direct mail to divorce lawyers asking if they have clients that want to sell their homes during their divorce?

., didn't realized when his business get sued, lawyers normally sue the entity and the owner personally as well.

Hey Jason,For this I would suggest talking to your lawyer especially if this is your first time taking on a partner. 

As a general rule, don't ask Accountants legal questions and don't ask your lawyer tax questions.

So you're saying an accountant would be okay to sign off on this... not necessary a lawyer?

So we are actually in need of 2 leases, i want one for the SFR that covers specific items like the tenants responsibility to maintain the landscaping, and one for the Townhome that covers things like "abide by the HOA rules or you are violating the lease". these are relatively minor differences but very important. so my question is........should i look to buy the package from BP and go to a lawyer to tweak that lease?

Or is the title company owned by a lawyer/law firm?

Honestly the reason I was going the commercial route was due to my lawyer's advice.
