Frankly, to facilitate visual inspections of the accounts, especially Income and Billing from ongoing vendors, I log such things to the date it applies, like mortgage is due on the 1st.The critical point is to keep all income and expenses associated in the correct year, so prepaid 6 months rent received in Nov should keep two months in this year and 4 months logged to next year.

Has anyone worked with taking a real estate data set such as building permits, real estate sales, etc. and used a Big Data too like Tableau to visualize the data?  

It appears that the seller or seller’s agent may have misrepresented the rent amount possibly so that I could visualize a higher cash flow.

For Central HVAC systems, timing is dependent on environment and overall age, but mostly based on a visual inspection.

What should I do prior to the auction besides looking at HCAD, visual external inspection, and market analysis?

They have piggy banks, but they can’t see how much money is inside, and half the money inside is paper bills like $5 or $10, so they can’t visualize what’s growing inside.
