So I see you reside in Valley Village, Cali and I live in Cleveland yet but you have a better nose for what the taxes would be, which shows me how much I have to learn, how did you arrive at those numbers?

I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago, IL in a town called Elk Grove Village before relocating to SoCal 9 years ago.

Did two tours in Old Town, twice in Lincoln Park, spent some time in Lakeview, and am currently in Roscoe Village. 

Hungarian Village is upcoming part of Columbus OhioHow did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

I am looking in B- neighborhoods and up South of Denver proper so anywhere around Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Greenwood Village, or Centennial. 

Another option that is similar in that price point that may be a bit closer to Emory Village is Decatur 30032.

Right now on the lake you can do STR in -Incline Village, NV-some permits transfer in Placer County, CA which is a large swath(most famously King's Beach on the Lake).

They are close to nice attractions (a Zoo, and a small Italian-rooted village).

My wife and I purchased our first property last year; an older 3 family in a busy village.
