I will start talking with someone on here, over email, phone, etc. and then we may not have a reason to speak again for a bit and I will then, many times, forget that I had wanted to touch base with that person again until way later.I work a lot, so things slip my brain pretty easily.

I’ve also been in touch with a company called Maintence supply headquarters, that provided me a very reasonable turnkey materials quote for each unit that included everything from door hinges to full appliance package.

You will have to touch up the finish on those areas.But @JD Martin is right.

I am using legal counsel and I will be touching base with my Real Estate Agent next week, in the meantime I appreciate the feedback and hope to hear more.
