Starting early is jet to building wealth.

He works for JET Lending, which has served many investors in the area. 

We usually need two weeks for demo and installation of electrical and plumbing, then a week for inspection, a couple days for insulation, then inspection again and then about a week and a half for rocking, tape, 3 coats of mud, sanding and texture. 

Now I have no idea how I'm going to go about finding the deal for this property (I live in Fredericksburg, Virginia so if anybody knows anything about this market, please by all means contact me or I may decide to move to a different location and invest there) or how I'm going to go about getting the money to make the down payment (maybe one of my BP in-laws can help me out here as well)End goal-I want to own enough equity and generate enough cash flow in my multi-family commercial real estate properties to be financially free to travel first class or by private jet, own an island or a really nice beachside modern luxury estate, a Mercedes-Maybach S 600 Pullman, a couple of luxury watches, and most importantly I want to be able to take my grandma to Canada (she has never been on a plane and has always wanted to go to Canada.

It looks like excess grout was spilled onto the concrete and could be why there is a different texture here. 

To me the white residue looks like possible over spray from a knockdown texture applied to the drywall. 

Darker paint, texture, drywall repair is obviously more.

Our standard rehab is kitchen, bathroom,  heat and air, flooring, doors, wall texture, lighting, drywall grage and epoxy floor, landscape front and back, concrete driveway.I'm proud of my guys start to finish 59 days.  

This is my only investment property that I have a mortgage on and it is being paid for by other people and making some money along the way.When I am there doing maintenance I have some free time to use my boat and jet skis :)I think VRBO's can definitely be a good investment.

The two events I go to monthly are the Fort Bend REI meeting First Tuesday of the Month at Rudy's (Hwys. 59 and 99) and the Jet Lending Super Meeting on the Third Wednesday of each Month.
