Whatever the animal is called,  a pet , companion or service animal it still must behave in a nonaggressive manner, meaning it doesn't bite or growl or bare teeth around other people.

You need to start small and cut your teeth on a few SFRs.

I'm not trying to shy you away if that's what you need to do, but why not cut your teeth on at least 1 property in your area where you can visit it, and learn hands-on?

As easy as this sounds, it's not simple and usually like pulling teeth.
