I looked at the turnkey providers website and a lot of their stuff in the city I would not touch. 

Its a 3 unit row-house built 1900, pretty good condition, newer roof and water heaters, not sure of other stuff.

I am in the the Raleigh/Cary area so all mine are here but if you can make the drive, its good stuff. 

And I use my notebook for lots of real estate stuff and it’s fun to go back and look at the goals from a couple of years ago and say oh I nailed that or still need to work on that one.

Some might not be relevant but you will pick stuff up over time-Do you now any friends/family that have a rental or bought a house?

As long as it arrives it wont affect me.

They have some interesting stuff going on at that company.

- upping your max # of guests somehow- "no cleaning fee" & upping the nightly rate accordingly CAN be a big driver of bookings in some markets- having your listing/pics done professionally (by someone who specializes in STRs)- a great outdoor area- if you wanna spend $, i'm seeing lots of people adding pickle ball courts & more stuff to do outside like that - having a car there that they can rent on turo for cheaper than the rental cars from the airport

It's a hefty price tag but I wanna go with an expert and they seem to know their stuff.

Nowadays I rarely buy stuff from the MLS because they just look so "retail" to me :) unless they are in a killer location and I don't mind paying premium for.
