If it were me I would just make some rules about placement/location of the  dish ie: no drilling through stucco, siding, shingles, or wood trim and fascia, dish unit must be free standing and not visible from street etc.

I think its a really interesting thought model if nothing else though so I won't point out some of the obvious negatives to even consider doing something like this.That being said, the one thing that I've suggested a few times for BP is to provide some way for us to share contractors and/or allow contractors or other real estate team members (i.e. realtors, attorneys, etc) to advertise on here.To me, thats such a huge value opportunity for everybody involved, it just doesn't make sense why they aren't doing it.BP could charge the contractors to hang a shingle on here.
