I share this because I thought this could help some people who are starting out in our area.

If you ask nicely and promise not to share, you can usually get good financial information on the properties that are currently operating as a STR.If you're just starting out looking, you may not be aware of just how many cabins out there are poor quality builds due to the lack of codes.

Any seasoned investors pls share your thoughts.

I started investing in rental properties in the Scranton area around  6 months ago, and I also just started doing Fix & Flips in the surrounding areas Olyphant, and Taylor, Old Forge. and I would love to ask if you are doing in this area please share your success stories in that area, I am really curious if people have seen success in this cheap market, and let's help each other with info,  I would love to hear from you, and help you with the knowledge that I gathered in this 6 months.Thank you  I would love to hear from you.

Can anyone share their experience? 

I relate with knowing I want to build my real estate portfolio but feeling overwhelmed with how to choose a market (I live in Seattle which is similar to CA with regards to the price to rent ratio challenges), so I wanted to share my current plan.

Could you share a little more around which solution you were using (email, direct mail, retargeting etc.?).
