That last one sounds like a sex offender of some sort, so that suspect would be a "never gonna be my tenant" in my criteria.

I cause 0 problems and no one has ever rejected me in real life... up to you though, just get his info and run him through sex offender database... tell him you have other folks looking too and you will get back to him... then you can just run a search on him yourself in google i'm sure. some people just don't trust s*** I'm one of them and i don't trust anything but my 2 dogs and my wife... so yeah he could be a good dude lolEdit: With that said if it was my property I wouldn't take him.

As most have already said, as long as you haven't accepted them yet, you should be fine as long as your decision follows the Fair Housing Act (meaning you're declining of their application is not based on Race, Color, National Origin, Religion, Sex (including gender identity and sexual orientation), Familial Status, or Disability).
