I would not build a home across the country from where you live unless you have someone that you completely trust and even then that could strain your friendship if things don't go well.

I looked into Callfire and signed up with them for a little wile, but then found out that I was limited to the amount of users could be on the call rotation.

I may be wrong, so please inform me.Personally, I wouldn't rent to family because I would see it put a strain on the family relationship eventually.

Our relationship is extremely strained as you might imagine, and communication is not as pleasant as it once was.  

I have seen homes that would benefit greatly from being rotated on their current lot as well.

So many investors, experienced too, don't realize right before their eyes their local markets rotate from A-->B then B-->C then etc etc every 18 mo +/-.
