Goal is extra cash flow in retirement for financial freedom.Dilemma: the cash flow from the property right now is roughly $1300 per month.

For 18 months, my company will have me rotating between Houston, TX; Midland, TX; Oklahoma City, OK; and Pittsburgh, PA, covering both my housing and car expenses.Goals & Investment Strategy:My goal is to save aggressively over this period to build a strong financial foundation for real estate investing.

Trying to find a creative way to partner with the owner, owner is retiring and won’t be able to hold it.

I understand wanting to save money on the monthly fees, but when it comes to maintaining an investment that can very easily be devalued by deferred or poor maintenance it's worth it. 

This will save you tons of "nightmares" as well.

My main focus these next 6 months is to educate myself and continue to add to my savings for down payment and reserves.
