Maybe a feature where I put the lead into a certain group/type and it automatically sends me reminders at certain intervals (3 days, then 5 days, etc) when I should follow up with emails/calls.

Wouldn't be hard to implement, if Mac the guru jumped in to early, members could report it to admin and it could be removed with a short reminder to wait and allow member free discussions.
