Just a friendly reminder to all of you BP members in the Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill area about the upcoming TREIA meeting tomorrow evening (5/20/14).

That reminds me - beware of "fully occupied" properties in marginal areas of town.

There are always risks, if things start going down hill a little reminder of "you begged to get into this one" might make things easier to control the deal.

Maybe a feature where I put the lead into a certain group/type and it automatically sends me reminders at certain intervals (3 days, then 5 days, etc) when I should follow up with emails/calls.  

I have had you in my inbox for a couple weeks now as a reminder and every afternoon just flys by.

Wouldn't be hard to implement, if Mac the guru jumped in to early, members could report it to admin and it could be removed with a short reminder to wait and allow member free discussions.
