So far drive is relaxing while I listen to good ole country classics

For me, at any rate, the ability to formulate quickly, to resolve any problem into it's simplest, clearest form, has been exceedingly useful...I found higher mathematics the best possible exercise for developing the mental muscles necessary to this process.       

While other wholesalers are relaxing at home and waiting for a deal to fall into their lap, you'll be out making things happen.

I have what I would consider to be a decent amount of liquidity that I can contribute, as well as sweat and muscle.
