It's a big step but will surely move you forward in your journey for financial independence. 

Often the best ones are the smaller community banks in your area, not the large coporate banks however they'll have options as well but its normally relationship based where you'll come in to the bank to meet them and they'll be looking over your financials, credit, investment experience, etc. however once you're in with one of them, it becomes much much easier to borrow with them in the future...

My primary focus right now is Duplex/Triple & REI investments, with a goal of achieving financial freedom.

The likelihood that any lender or servicer is going to look at transfer records to see if one of their thousands of loans moved from personal to LLC is simply not going to happen.  

Hey @David Cherkowsky, I'm not sure how much vetting you did for the tax pro you found on BP but I'd recommend getting referrals for such an important position on your financial team. 

You’ll also pay transaction fees disposing the asset, likely in the $40k+ range.I don’t think you have a clear-cut answer here, but you’ll need to rack up all the financial trade-offs to make an informed decision.
