They've always wanted two years of tax returns.I know everyone says you "don't need anything" for DSCR loans, but I've always found that you... do.The key difference is of course that your DTI ratio plays no role in qualifying for the loan.I obviously can't speak for OP's experience and don't know who her lender is.Hey Nicholas - most one-stop shop brokers look at lending options other than DSCR.

Its a gamble to go the permit route or not in Philly and absolutely matters the neighborhood/your neighbors as they are usually the folks that will call L&I on you OR if your property is near other construction sites where inspectors would be traveling to/from.
