Anyone have a solution for a cellphone style camera system that can be mounted on a rental door allowing two you video communication and then allowing access to the home while they are standing there? 

I already had in the plans to add a fence, camera and lights.  

I used an inspection camera I got on a Black Friday sale at Harbor Freight to look inside, and there is definitely insulation in the walls. 

Cameras are installed to mail tickets for traffic violations, speed traps are set up, and our homes are inspected so that cities can tell us what is ok and what is not ok (each time charging us money for the inspectors unsolicited services).

Has anyone used security cameras on their MFR?

I used to put it at the other SFH, but these thieves are still able to break it and stole the AC..Install a wi-fi camera?

It would be interesting to be able to monitor water usage, electric usage, temperature and outdoor cameras for each property in your portfolio.

I currently work full time as a nanny but being a nanny has enabled me to buy not 1 but 2 houses!
