I'm looking to work with a wholesaler that has some experience and a record of closing deals with strong negotiating skills.

I guess I have reservations and much novice skills about SDIRA's but I know I can builds for less than most here anyway.

If you are making less than this, I would recommend looking for a new position that will pay you market value for your skills.  

Sounds like you have some skills putting you ahead of others just starting out.

Great to see another tradesman using his skills in REI.

Unfortunately I was not prepared to achieve that goal because I didn't have the skills to do it!

This is a skill that is hard to come by unless you are a full time agent who is working with appraisers 2 to 3 times a month.

All other work-foundation, framing, drywall, texture, finish-should be done by a professional.There are many different kinds of laborers that you can hire-licensed general contractors, licensed contractors for specific elements of the building process, skilled craftsmen, and laborers.

I currently own 20 units, have my own real estate license and I prefer to use Ron, because of his quickness at getting appointments, negotiating skills and "can-do" attitude.Cheers to your success!
