Bobby Narinov BAT a city sponsored scam in Toledo OH
11 September 2015 | 11 replies
I was not informed about the problem but even if I was one cannot possibly expect to take an action with less than 24 hrs. notice.I am not sure how this city operates but here in California we were given notice and then we were given 10-15 days to fix the problem (some of that time is eaten by the USPS to deliver the mail).I understand that the city has laws to protect it's citizens from bad landlords/neighbors and fines need to be levied on people that do not care to maintain their properties but at least tell me what I should be paying you for.
Mike Nelson Wholesaling a property with Criminal Liens!!
2 July 2012 | 4 replies
Criminal liens can mean either (1) a fine was levied for a criminal activity in which the defendant was found guilty and since the fine was not paid the court perfected the fine and file a lien with the county in which the defendant's property is located or (2) the property was declared dangerous, an order was issued to remedy, the property owner did not remedy, and the county in which the property is located regards this as a criminal offense. If (1) then it needs to be paid off as would any other lien.
