Technically I would be able to receive to the "gifts" but then there is the gray area on if myself and the family members feel ok about lying about them expecting anything in return.Why cant i just have 80k in cash on my own.....

It sucks because most the time anyone with gray hair gets treated like crap.Skinny jeans walks in and husband and wife make $160K and they get the great rate and another loan in less then a year!

If something were to occur a 3rd time, in my opinion, this would cross from a gray area to negligence on my part (with the exception of a severe storm or weather event similar to the first storm).

I feel much better deciding if I should buy gray paint, or grey paint to match my white trim and wood grain LVP.

It already had some tasteful upgrades to include granite CT, marble flooring, and painted cabinets, we added a touch of Agreeable Gray paint and now its rented with a 2 year lease.
