Andrew, it would be helpful to know what price point your rental is, as that would provide some context.In any event, I recently purchased a rental which rents for ~$600/month and it had absolutely HORRIBLE hardwood floors (years & years of multiple gluings on the hardwoods because carpet & laminates had been put over the top).
