I didn't like the taste to much, its always missing something so I learned to add certain spices and herbs to make a meal taste better, Chef Ramsey would love me in "Hell's Kitchen" lol in fact seeing I am self taught I actually worked as a Sous Chef in a German Resturant in Texas and everyone loved my cooking, today even my wife loves my cooking (as long as I stay away from Italian Dishes, she is Italian and that is her baliwack lol).

@Matt SaidPlease find a good local fire restoration contractor that is NOT a preferred vendor, they (preferred contractor) are not on your side in this, their meal ticket is the insurance company so they like to keep them happy not you. $28k for a full kitchen and clean and paint is low.

@Mike Shemp we checked with the town on becoming real bed & breakfast and they said you will need to serve at least one meal per day to go that route.
